Raspberry Oat Slice

My Raspberry Oat Slice is a sweet and tangy breakfast packed full of nutrients. It’s super quick and simple to make and suuuuper tasty. It tastes great cold, too, making it a convenient on-the-go meal.

Ingredients

  • 3 cup rolled oats

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 3 tbs cacao powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 250-500g frozen raspberries

Preheat oven to 220°C.

Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl.

Add the cacao powder and cinnamon and mix until well combined.

Fold in the rolled oats, followed by the frozen raspberries.

Add the mixture to a large oven-proof dish and press mixture flat with the mixing spoon.

Bake for 25 minutes or until crispy at the top.

Once cooled, slice to desired size and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
